The Japanese honor the crane as the symbol of lifelong commitment and good luck. Cranes mate for life so are associated with good luck especially for weddings in Japan. Mizuhiki is an ancient Japanese artform that uses hand-made paper cord to create three dimensional sculptures and models. So we "tie the knot" with our mizuhiki crane.

Since 2002, through our Japanese company Wedding Pro Japan and its associated chapels, we have created over 60,000 wedding ceremonies, and have produced parties ranging from couples to over 500 attendees, at over 250 venues and 25 prefectures across Japan.
